The RMA numbers for Refunds will be issued for requests made within 7 days of purchase. The products must be returned in their original condition with all option, accessories as purchased. Any item without RMA number will be returned to the shipper.
Comp-u-Max will provide an exchange or Store Credit will be issued when exchange is not available. Comp-u-Max will pay shipping only for the replaced item.

Work Order Number will be issued for items needing repair . Items sent for repair should be shipped in packaging with a carrier who provides a tracking number . Shipping will be paid by the shipper, Comp-U-Max will pay for the return shipping of the replaced item
